As a Notary Public, I am not responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, or legality of the contents of the documents I notarize. It is your responsibility to ensure the document is complete, accurate, and suitable for its intended purpose.

I cannot assist in completing documents, advise on which document to use, or offer opinions on how to fill out a document. Documents must be completed prior to notarization.

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason permissible by law, including but not limited to, if the signer is not present, cannot be identified, appears to be under duress or incompetent, or if the document is incomplete or appears to be fraudulent or illegal.

Valid, unexpired, government-issued photo identification is required for all notarizations. Acceptable forms of ID include Driver's License, State ID Card, Passport. We cannot proceed without proper identification.
