I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in Texas and I may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. My role as a Notary Public is to verify your identity, witness your signature, and administer oaths or affirmations. I cannot prepare, choose, or explain the contents of any documents for you.
As a Notary Public, I am not responsible for the truthfulness, accuracy, or legality of the contents of the documents I notarize. It is your responsibility to ensure the document is complete, accurate, and suitable for its intended purpose.
I cannot assist in completing documents, advise on which document to use, or offer opinions on how to fill out a document. Documents must be completed prior to notarization.
I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason permissible by law, including but not limited to, if the signer is not present, cannot be identified, appears to be under duress or incompetent, or if the document is incomplete or appears to be fraudulent or illegal
Valid, unexpired, government-issued photo identification is required for all notarizations. Acceptable forms of ID include , e.g., Driver's License, State ID Card, Passport. We cannot proceed without proper identification.
Notary fees are set by the State of Texas at $10 per signature. Travel fees are separate from notarization fees and are based on mileage and/or time. All fees are due at the time of service.
Cancellations made less than 2 hours prior to a scheduled mobile notary appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the agreed-upon travel fee.
